AHAM BRAHMASMI™ DIVINE STORE is operated by Sri Vamsi Global Network Private Limited. We aim to provide carefully selected crystals, Vastu products, pooja items, spiritual accessories, sacred-living products, and related merchandise with appropriate quality checks before dispatch.

Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.

Customers may request cancellation of an order before the order has been dispatched.

To request cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your:

• Order number
• Customer name
• Registered mobile number
• Reason for cancellation

Once an order has been packed, handed over to the courier partner, or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If a prepaid order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

If you receive a product that is:

• Damaged during transit
• Materially defective
• Incorrect compared with your confirmed order
• Missing an item from the confirmed shipment

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Where reasonably available, customers should provide photographs and/or an unboxing video showing the package, shipping label, packaging, and product condition. This helps us investigate the issue quickly.

After verification, we may provide an appropriate resolution such as:

• Replacement of the affected product
• Refund of the eligible amount
• Store credit, where mutually agreed

The resolution will depend on the circumstances of the case and applicable consumer law.

Many of our crystals, gemstones, natural stones, rudraksha products, malas, bracelets, spiritual products, and handcrafted items are made from naturally occurring materials.

Therefore, products may naturally vary in:

• Colour
• Pattern
• Transparency
• Texture
• Shape
• Weight
• Size
• Inclusions
• Surface markings
• Finish

Such natural variations make each product unique and are not normally considered manufacturing defects.

Product photographs are intended to represent the item as accurately as reasonably possible, but actual appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, screen settings, and natural material differences.

Returns solely due to change of mind, personal preference, or minor natural variation may not always be accepted.

If you wish to request such a return, please contact us before sending the product back. Any return must be specifically approved by us.

Where a discretionary return is accepted, the product must generally be:

• Unused
• Unworn
• Undamaged
• In its original condition
• Returned with original packaging, tags, certificates, accessories, and invoice, where applicable

Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error attributable to us.

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights available to consumers under applicable Indian law.

Subject to applicable law, the following items may not be eligible for return or refund unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied:

• Customized or personalized products
• Special-order products procured specifically for a customer
• Products altered, resized, engraved, or modified at the customer's request
• Used or worn products
• Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling
• Items returned without their original components or accessories
• Products specifically marked as non-returnable before purchase

Crystals, Vastu items, yantras, spiritual accessories, malas, bracelets, and related products are offered for spiritual, cultural, decorative, personal-belief, or lifestyle purposes.

A refund cannot ordinarily be claimed solely because a customer did not experience a particular spiritual, energetic, financial, manifestation, Vastu, healing, or personal outcome.

Any traditional benefits mentioned in product descriptions are not guaranteed results.

Please do not send any product back without contacting us first.

Once your return request is reviewed, we will provide the appropriate return instructions where applicable.

Unauthorized returns may be delayed or may not be accepted.

Once an eligible return or cancellation has been approved, the refund will normally be initiated to the original payment method.

Refund processing may generally take approximately 5–10 business days after approval, depending on the payment gateway, issuing bank, card network, UPI provider, or financial institution.

After we initiate the refund, any additional banking or settlement time is outside our direct control.

Where the return is due to a verified damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied product attributable to us, reasonable return or replacement shipping costs will normally be handled by us.

For discretionary returns accepted for other reasons, original shipping charges and return shipping charges may be non-refundable or payable by the customer, subject to applicable law.

If an amount is debited from your account but the order is not successfully confirmed, please first check your bank/payment account and contact us with the relevant transaction details.

Where a duplicate or failed transaction is confirmed, the amount will be handled according to the payment gateway and banking settlement process.

Payments processed through CCAvenue or other authorized payment providers may also be subject to their respective settlement timelines.

If an order is returned to us because of:

• Incorrect or incomplete address
• Incorrect contact information
• Repeated failed delivery attempts
• Customer refusal without an approved cancellation
• Non-availability of the recipient

we may deduct applicable shipping, return-to-origin, or handling charges from any eligible refund, where permitted by law.

Approved refunds will ordinarily be processed to the same payment method used for the original transaction.

We will not request sensitive banking credentials such as OTPs, CVVs, UPI PINs, or internet-banking passwords for issuing a refund.
