Cancellation Policy

AHAM BRAHMASMI™ DIVINE STORE is operated by Sri Vamsi Global Network Private Limited (“we”, “our”, or “us”).

We understand that customers may occasionally need to cancel an order. Please read the following cancellation terms carefully before placing an order.

Customers may request cancellation of an order before the order has been dispatched or handed over to the courier partner.

To request cancellation, please contact us as early as possible and provide your order number, customer name, registered mobile number, and reason for cancellation.

Cancellation requests are subject to verification and the current processing status of the order.

Once an order has been packed, shipped, or handed over to our courier/logistics partner, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

If the customer no longer wishes to keep the product after dispatch, any applicable return request will be handled according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy / Return Policy.

If an eligible prepaid order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, the refund will generally be initiated to the original payment method used for the transaction.

After initiation, the amount may take approximately 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on the payment gateway, bank, UPI provider, card network, or financial institution.

Where Cash on Delivery is available, customers should request cancellation before dispatch.

Repeated refusal of confirmed COD orders or misuse of the cancellation facility may result in restriction of COD availability for future orders, where reasonably necessary.

Orders for customized, personalized, engraved, altered, resized, specially sourced, or made-to-order products may not be eligible for cancellation once production, customization, procurement, or processing has begun.

Any applicable restrictions will be communicated before or during order confirmation wherever relevant.

We reserve the right to cancel an order in certain circumstances, including product unavailability, incorrect pricing or listing information, payment failure, suspected fraudulent transactions, incomplete customer details, delivery restrictions, technical errors, regulatory requirements, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If we cancel a prepaid order, the eligible payment amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

If a payment is deducted more than once or a payment is debited but the order is not confirmed, please contact us with the transaction details.

Once verified, any eligible refund will be processed according to the payment gateway and banking settlement process.

Certain promotional, clearance, limited-edition, bulk, or special-offer orders may have specific cancellation conditions.

Where such conditions apply, they will be communicated on the relevant product, promotion, quotation, or order confirmation.

Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically mean that the order has been cancelled.

Cancellation is considered confirmed only after we verify the request and confirm that the order has not already entered a non-cancellable processing or shipping stage.
